Do you charge for estimates?

Never. Every estimate is free and comes as a clear written quote with no hidden charges or fees — the price we quote is the price you pay.

Do you handle hurricane and storm emergencies?

Yes. Emergency tree service is available 24/7 across our service area. We also recommend pre-season trimming and hazard assessments — thinning canopies and removing weak limbs before storm season dramatically reduces the risk of damage.

Do you remove trees close to houses or other structures?

Yes. We regularly handle trees near homes, roofs, fences, driveways and other structures. We plan the job before we cut anything and, when needed, remove the tree piece by piece to keep the surrounding property protected.

Do you haul away the branches and wood?

Yes. Full cleanup is included in our price. We remove the branches, logs and debris from the job site, then rake and blow the area so you aren’t left with a mess.

How long does tree removal usually take?

It depends on the tree’s size, location and how difficult it is to safely access. Some jobs can be completed quickly, while larger or more complicated trees take longer. We’ll explain the plan and expected timeline before we start.

Can you trim a tree without removing it?

Absolutely. If the tree is healthy but has dead, damaged, overgrown or poorly positioned branches, trimming or pruning may be all it needs. We’ll look at the tree first and recommend the safest option rather than automatically suggesting removal.

What should I do if a tree falls during a storm?

If the tree has fallen on your house, vehicle, driveway or another structure, call us right away. For an immediate danger involving downed power lines, stay clear and contact the utility company or emergency services first. Once the area is safe to access, we’ll help remove the tree and clear the property.
