How fast will I hear back?

Usually the same business day for calls and form submissions received during office hours. Emergencies are different — the 24/7 line is answered around the clock and crews roll nights and weekends.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. An estimator comes out, walks the property and gives you a written, itemized quote at no cost and with no obligation. You’re free to take it to another company and compare — we’d encourage it.

Do you subcontract the work?

No. The crew that quotes your job is the crew that performs it. Nothing is handed off to a third party you never met and never vetted.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

It helps, because you can point out what’s concerning you and we can talk through options on the spot. But it isn’t required — if access is straightforward, we can assess and send the written quote through.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos are genuinely useful for a first conversation and can tell us whether a job is straightforward or complicated. But we won’t give a final price from them. Scale, lean, decay and access are hard to read in a photo, and a quote based on a bad read is how prices end up changing on the day.

What if I'm outside those three cities?

Call anyway. We’ve focused on Destin, Niceville and Fort Walton Beach so crews aren’t stretched thin, but if you’re just outside the line it’s worth a conversation — and if we can’t help, we’ll tell you straight rather than waste your time.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing is available. Ask the estimator when they’re on site and they’ll walk you through the options and what the application involves.

What forms of payment do you take?

Ask when you book — the estimator will confirm accepted payment methods and the schedule for your specific job before any work begins, so there’s nothing to sort out on the day.
