Anyone can photograph a missing tree. The details below are what separate a finished job from an abandoned one — worth checking on any company’s gallery, not just ours.

No debris left behind

Not a brush pile at the kerb, not chips in the flowerbeds. If the after photo has a pile in it, that pile is either an extra charge or the homeowner's problem.

Turf and pavers intact

Heavy equipment leaves ruts unless mats and plywood go down first. Look at the ground in the after shot, not just where the tree used to be.

Clean cuts, not stubs

On trimming jobs, zoom in on the cut points. Cuts should sit just outside the branch collar. Rows of stubbed-off limbs mean the tree was topped.

Same angle, same day

Before and after taken from the same spot is the honest version. Different angles and different lighting usually mean the comparison is doing some work it shouldn't be.
